You are having issues with one of two of the power supplies, 1) The main power supply 2) The Lamp Ballast 'back florescent lighting' power supply. A good TV repair shop should be able to repair this for you. Possibly between $200 to 300 repair. Blessings, A/V Media Guy
When the OSD is locked,
pressing the menu button again and it will take user to OSD
LOCK menu. Press (+) to unlock and allow user access to all
applicable settings.
