If under warranty contact Dell? I had this same problem, a new motherboard and fan assembly fixed this problem. Bad capacitors on the motherbard.

It was not your power board, Thought the same on several repairs.Found out it was the main board. The clicking was the tuner relay. I bet you own a SP-R4232. If so,The part you need is BN41-00574A. Also might be under BN94-00669A. Hard to find. Try Shop Jimmy/Or Encompass Parts. Not cheep tho. Hope this info helps.
Have a happy new year. Todd

That will be a mechanical problem and the camera is in a need of a repair.
Since you dropped the camera it is now Out of Warranty.
The repair of this model for this fault is about 48 pounds + shipping. KODAK also offers a Trade up option where you will have the opportunity to trade up to a newer model 25-30% cheaper than the market price.
