Question about Freezers
A loud sound is coming from the freezer in my refridgerator. It sounds almost as if there is an icemaker in side and it's the ice clunking around and almost crackling, but I don't have an ice maker. I pulled the fridge out and can hear it a lot louder from the back side up top. Any idea's?
Hello, your refridgerator in most likely in defrost cycle. the noise your hearing is the water dripping on the hot heater and ice dropping off the evaporator. should only last 15 minutes and then your all set. Mike
