thats caused by the optical block which is very expensive to replace. Sony has had alot of issues with the blue dots on the screen its not worth repairing due to the high cost of the optical block
Hi. It sounds like you've damaged the LCD screen. The blue dot is basically the ink in the screen leaking. There's a guide for replacing your screen here http://www.formymobile.co.uk/6300disassembly.php
You will most likely need to replace the panel. You will have to contact Sony and they will send a Factory Trained Technician to your home to replace it. Since you are not on Factory Warranty this repair will cost you. You may find it cheaper just to replace the television.
