I have an older iPhone. My camera recently stopped working. I've reset, restarted and updated... Nothing's worked yet. I press the camera widget and the shutter appears, closed, and the button that takes the photo is greyed out. Please help! Thanks :)

Try to change to front camera to see whether the front camera works. If it works, you may consider it's a hardware issue of the rear camera. If it is still not working, you may consider it's the issue of the camera app. If so, try to download third-party apps on App Store. If it is a hardware issue, it's better to contact Apple: https://www.apple.com/contact/ for further help. After repairing, here are some iPhone camera tips and tricks FYI: https://all-things-about-apple.blogspot.com/2021/05/10-best-hidden-iphone-camera-tips-tricks.html

Camera is not working

How to Fix the iOS 11 Camera Not Working

1. Close the Camera App completely.

If you find problems with the iOS 11 camera app during usage, close the app from the App Switcher and then open it again.
For most iPhone models that have a Home button, to completely close the camera app, double tap the Home button to bring out the App Switcher, and then swipe the Camera app up to close it completely.
For iPhone X users, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the center of the screen to open the App Switcher, and the press and hold the Camera app until there's a Close button on the app, then you can tap on the button or swipe up to completely shut down the camera.

2. Restart your iPhone.

Sometimes small issues like app crashes could be fixed by simply rebooting your iPhone. It's a common solution for a lot of bugs and errors on iPhone and a lot of other electronic products. So when you find an iOS 11 camera bug, instead of getting frustrated, try restarting your iPhone first and see if it gets back to normal.
Press and hold the Power button on your iPhone until the Slide to Power Off bar appear. Slide to turn off your iPhone and then press the Power button again after it's been completely shut down to turn it back on.
To turn off iPhone X, press and hold the Side button and one of the Volume buttons at the same time. And then the Slide to Power Off bar would appear.

3. Reset iPhone Settings

If restarting your iPhone doesn't work, try resetting all the settings on your iPhone. It will only reset the system settings and won't damage your person data like photos and messages.
Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap on Reset All Settings.

4. Check for new iOS Updates

Usually if there's a bug in the old version, Apple would have the bug fixed in the latest update. So check and see if there's any update available and update immediately when you can.
Go to Settings>General>Software Update to check for the latest update.

5. Check if you have run out of storage space

One possible reason why you can't take a picture with your camera is that you may have used up your storage space and there's none left for more photos. Go check and see if that's the reason.
Go to Settings>About>Available and see how much space is left on your iPhone.

Bluetooth won't connect

I'm going to assume..you've got an iPhone.. Simply because apple seems to have a "list" of approved blue-tooth items.

Unless your "JailBroken" (google only, please do not ask), if the said bluetooth device will not connect, consider updating your iOS to 5.1.1. or 6.0, or simply deal witht thefact..it won't work... Older deviices (3gs and prior) don't support things like A2DP (blue-tooth bi-direction communication, like a head-set)... and unless (jailbroken..see above about google). will simply not work.

If your NOT talking about an iPhone..you've got me.

Updating and Restoring iPhone Software

You can use iTunes to update or restore iPhone software. You should always update iPhone to use the latest software. You can also restore the software, which returns iPhone to its original state.

If you restore, all data is erased from iPhone, including songs, videos, contacts, photos, calendar information, and any other data. All iPhone settings are restored to their original state.

1. Make sure you have an Internet connection and have installed the latest version of iTunes from www.apple.com/itunes.
2. Connect iPhone to your computer.
3. In iTunes, select iPhone in the Source pane and click the Summary tab.
4. Click “Check for Update.” iTunes tells you if there’s a newer version of the iPhone software available.
5. Click Update to install the latest version of the software. Or click Restore to restore iPhone to its original settings and erase all data on iPhone. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the restore process.

Hi, How can I fix an Iphone 3gs camera, it says camera module not ready?

Cheapest way is to do it yourself and camera module is easily accessible. If Apple doesn't replace it for you, you can find the camera module at iPhone 3GS Repair and there is a guide that shows you how to put in the part at iPhone Repair Guide.

IPhone accessory problem

When the iPhone loses power while playing a song, there was a bug in older firmware that caused all audio to be usable through the speaker only. The solution is to stop the song before you undock the iPhone - or, update your iPhone firmware to the latest.
