Is it the resistors near the relay? that would be 10 ohms. You may replace it with a higher wattage (like say 5 watts)

Your listening habits should not have you pushing the volume level so high that the amplifier will distort, as it is DIRTY wattage that kills speakers. A more powerful amp will distort less if pushed to a given loudness.
BTW: the specs for the amp and speakers are not really what they claim. Since the same company made them the numbers are probably equally wrong. Don't sweat it and don't turn it up so loud that it distorts.

Hi,
upgrade your 302 to 502 need to replaced the toroid transformer, set of output amplifier, set of electrolytic capacitor.
Purchasing of these parts one-by-one is much expensive rather that you buy a brad new Konzert AV-502. Also upgrading the unit is quite tech and need a lot of experienced in electronics.
