My mother-in-laws Saniflo Saniplus is leaking at the discharge outlet. The water is coming out between the hard case of the unit and the rubber gasket that the discharge elbow seats in.

SOURCE: Transfer case leak

You mean between the case halves? It is just silicon, no gasket. These are good for the pump wearing a hole in the rear housing and leaking oil. The cure for it is a new rear housing and a piece called a case saver that keeps the pump from doing it again. Taking the transfer case apart to fix it is easy, I can tell you how to do it.

SOURCE: Krups type 889 Espresso machine leaks water

I have found the two parts mentioned in my previous Email on a webpage other than yours, however I have not ordered the parts at this time. If you have the parts in stock, let me know the price.
Once I receive the parts and replace them, I will know for sure if my troubleshooting is correct.

SOURCE: My saniflo (saniplus) is making a slight whirring

Sounds like the outlet pipe blocked, it should be connected by a short rubber pipe , use this to connect a hose from a cold tap and flush the blockage.

SOURCE: Our Saniflo - Saniplus works fine and efficiently

Sounds like a restriction in the outlet pipe, the 2 galls from a flush are OK but the bath or shower is more, especiallly if you have flushed before you shower, try drain unblocking chemicals or flushing the outlet pipe with mains water from a hose

SOURCE: water leak from turboflush saniflo

Check the piping, it might be a loose connection. Also you may want to replace the rubber coupling in between the side inlet and the sink drain. The rubber fitting might have a pin hole.

Sanipro xr is less than 6 months old been working fine but has recently become rather noisy. Sometimes goes off in the middle of the night for no reason.

Water pressure makes the unit kick on and off. Somehow water is draining back into the pump casing, check the flapper on the check valve inside the discharge elbow, it may not be closing properly or may be obstructed allowing waste water to drain back into the pump. Also check the flapper on the flush valve inside the toilet tank (water closet) the flapper may be leaking water into the bowl and from the bowl into the pump casing sitting behind. As far as making a loud noise, there could be a blockage on the drain pipe, blade or impeller. The discharge pipe may be loose, not clamped against the wall and is rattling against the wall when in use.

Sanipro continuously runs, however, not pumping waste away and waste water has filled toilet bowl. Any suggestions

There can be a blockage somewhere in the discharge pipe, the blade or impeller. Also the short discharge pipe or long elbow inside the pump casing may be split open or not attached properly and waste water is just cycling inside the pump casing. Worst case scenario could be a bad capacitor, the capacitor spins the blade and impeller, it that goes bad the unit will just hum and not pump any waste out until is replaced. You can also order parts through Saniflo if needed.

Saniflo keeps going off when not flushed

Water pressure makes the unit turn on and off. If it turning on by itself then could be water draining back into the pump. Water could be leaking from the check valve on the discharge elbow into the pump or from the toilet tank into the bowl. Inspect the flapper on the check valve and the flapper on the flush valve.

The saniflo keeps cutting in even when not flushed

Water pressure makes the unit kick on and off. It will turn on by itself if water is somehow draining back into the pump. It could be water leaking from the toilet tank into the bowl and from the bowl to the pump or the flapper on the check valve inside the discharge elbow may be stuck open or could be defective and allowing waste water to drain back into the pump, once it builds up enough water pressure inside the pump, the unit will kick on and off by itself.

hi keith

Bloues hear.
the water level in the boul is standerd to the manefactuer. the plumber cant help for that. if u put a level on ur toilet and iets level there is noting u can do about it.. the water that keeps on runing is ur seal rubber, its located at the bottem of ur flush meganusum. step 1.... tack off sistern aka pump. then step 2 ... unscrew your flush meganusem, will be the 1 in the middel of sistern. step 3 ... after unsrewing it u wil see there is a rubber. if the rubber looks fine then u must ajust ur flush meganisems arm or lubricate it. bt if rubber is misformed or teared ... u must go to a plumbing shop with the rubber. they will give u new 1 for cheap. and u can just reaplace it and esembel the sistern again

The outlet spout keeps popping out after a few days of working the outlet pushes the rubber bush out ejecting the waste water onto the toilet floor

I believe you are talking about the 90 degree rubber elbow on top of the pump where the waste discharges. There is a rubber hose sticking out the top of the pump casing about 1/4" you need to inset the check valve and press down as far as it goes, next step you have to push the rubber elbow on top and also press as far as it goes, then the last thing you put on is the clamp which will tighten the rubber elbow against the check valve and the rubber hose sticking out the top of the pump. This will stop the leak and will prevent the elbow from blowing out of the unit. But it must be done in the same sequence as i explained.
