Power off the smartphone by using the Power key.
Next, press and hold the Volume Down + Power button together for a couple of seconds.
Release the Power key when the LG Logo pops up.
Keep holding the Volume Down and after 2 seconds hold down once more the Power button.
As soon as the Factory Mode appears let go of both keys.
In order to confirm process by choose appropriate options using Volume rockers to navigate and the Power button to confirm.
You have to wait until the LG Welcome Panel pops up.

Do you mean to say that your LG "PC" is frozen at the logo/Start-up screen? What OS are you running?

Ok there\'s 2 ways to access your camera.



Click Menu > Scroll all the way down to My Folder > The scroll down to Camera and there you go.



Now there\'s a shortcut too. Under the LG logo is a big black button which has 4 directions. Click the left hand side and your camera pops up. To take pictures just click the middle button.

I would think not, i'd say memory may be filled up and the phone cannot load and store it's data so it keeps boot-looping you hopefully have your contacts on the cloud or backed up to a sdcard. If so you can do a hard reset this Will Wipe the phone settings out! Press the volume up and down together and prrss power when the lg logo pops up release power, The phone shuld prompt you to erase everything pressing power confirms and the phone is wiped to factory. If you have trouble try googling how to reset lg esteem but this shuld work. But sadly all data is gone afterwards. Good luck.

Get it to a repair shop. I think you need to flash a ROM for your device again.

Try taking it to a Verizon Wireless store for troubleshooting. This problem appears to be more than just the battery, as fully charging it did not help.
