The battery is not a coin cell at all (not a CR3032 like seen on desktops)
it is rechargeable soldered down battery.

if you had called them they tell you "only our shops can fix that" and a phone number in the manual if you read it.

THE MAKER DOES NOT COVER THAT BATTER (NON USERS REPLACEBLE) RTC SOLDERED DOWN BATTERY., THE MANUAL only tells you it explodes if wrong one is use, period.

there are 4 classes of RTC CMOS batteries
1: none, used the huge battery on thin PCs.
yours is not that.
2: CR2032, coin.+socket easy.
3: cr2032, coin plus pigtails.
4: NiMh or rechargeable lithium solder down.
well the most easy is to pretend buy one
from ebay and most sellers show both sides of the board.(search G585 motherboard)
and bingo.
if you have no service manual that is one way.
also learn to watch out for old PCs that
do not use real Coins. but use in the stead

and is NOT A COIN cell it is a solder down coin , with 2 pins soldered down and NO SOCKET.
so dreaming it does not work here.
