Probably the easiest way is to take the photos yourself, either with a digital camera or your phone. There may be some images of the equipment to be found via Google.
I find that going to the manufacturer's web site and then going to Support usually gets me access to at least an on-line manual, but most often a downloadable manual.

Removing the internal battery will clear all settings. I have done this on two different versions of the Pandigital frames (seems to be a very common issue) and it has corrected the issue instantly both times.
