Good Afternoon Friend,

I understand that you are trying to locate and replace the internal filter for your Frigidaire dehumidifier, model# LAD304NUL. I also see that you cannot find your manual. To locate and replace the filter, follow these easy steps.

a. Remove the filter every two weeks based on normal operating conditions.
b. To remove the filter, remove Bucket then pull filter downwards.
c. Wash the filter with clean water then dry.
d. Re-install the filter, and then replace Bucket.

GENERIC Installation Instructions:

1. Unscrew the filter cup and dump out the water
2. Pull the old filter straight down and discard
3. Place the new filter in the filter cup
4. The end of the filter with the small o-ring should be up
5. Screw the filter cup (with filter) up onto the housing
6. The filter will self-align as the cup is tightened
7. Reset your 'change filter' light (if your fridge has one)

Resetting your filter change indicator light:

• Press and hold the reset button on the dispenser until the green light flashes (up to 15 seconds)

I think you will need to unplug the pin plug under the cover at top or bottom hinge. Check the voltage and if OK leave unplugged until you can remove the dispenser and I will try to help you from the power source. Sounds like a short in the board and related to the light socket. The fuse only stopped the short from doing further damage, You may need to locate the short before replacing the fuse or board. I have looked over the wiring diagram. If you find the short without my help just be sure to replace the fuse with the correct size. The only things are the chute heater or something in that area of the board went to ground. I had this problem. You need to clean out the drain under the freezer. The tech that came out used a squeezie bulb similar to what you use for a baby to clean their nose when clogged. You have to remove all the shelf's and the back plate. You need to use warm water to defrost the frozen ice and remove. use water and squeeze into the hole and **** out.. takes 10 minutes.. finally it will drain.. no parts are necessary. good `luck

Its time for a new filter, the water filter will be in the upper right hand section of the freshfood section, or in the kickplate at the bottom

I have a GE 2005 Side by Side Refrigerator. Model GSS25JERF, Serial # FH242429. I get all kinds of Ice but no water. I replaced the water valve (p/n WR57X10050) and the Dispenser Display, 4 button ( p/n WR55x10443) Still no water dispensing from the water valve. What next ?????

no manulal reset or fuse, buth tere is ususlly a "child lockout" feature prevent ing the dispensor from operating. check to see if the control has been placed, on, or perhaps the door is not closing fully, another reasom for the dispensor to stop
