Here`s a tip i found for you...
1. Connect the frame to your PC using the supplied USB connector.
Navigate to the \DCIM\100Frame directory and delete all the Phillips
advertising pictures there.
2. Create a directory on your PC and put copies of all the pictures you want to display there.
3. Download the free picture resizer utility from Microsoft at:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx
(Look
for Image Resizer in the right column). After installing it, "Select
All" pictures in the directory you created, then right click and select
"Resize Pictures" from the context menu. Choose the 640x400 radio
button. Sort by size and copy all the small ones into the
"\DCIM\100Frame" directory on the frame drive (Called Removable Disk on
my PC).

1. Ensure memory card is inside camera.
1. Turn on camera.
2. Press Review button on back of camera
3. Then Press Menu Button on back of camera
4. Select "Image Storage" option (by depressing the joystick on RHS of back of camera).
5. Select "Internal Memory" option (by depressing the joystick on RHS).
6. Select "Continue"
7. Press Menu button.
8. Press "Review" button
9. Press "Review" button again.
10. Press "Menu" button.
11. Scroll down to "Copy" and select this option by depressing the joystick.
12. Scroll down to "All", then select by depressing the joystick.
13. Contents should now copy over from internal memory to SD card.
14. Don't forget to reselect Auto detection of SD card afterward. This is done by turning camera off then back on again. Press "Review". Press "Menu". Select "Image Storage". Select "Auto". Select "Continue".

1. Connect the USB cable from the frame to your computer (Connecting to your computer).
2. On your computer, open My Computer or Windows Explorer.
The picture frame appears as removable drives—one drive for each connected picture source in the frame, in this order: internal memory, memory cards, USB devices.
3. Navigate to the pictures you want to copy. Then drag and drop them to the new location.
4. Unplug the USB cable to view your copied pictures.

simple way
u need a card reader installed in the pc/laptop then u can easily insert ur stick if its supported and it will show up in removable device my computer list of devices
workable way if u dont have card reader
other way if u have usb cable with ur pda then simply connect it to ur pc on usb port and in the menu select mass storage mode from pda i dont know which pda u are using u dont need any drivers for that its just plug and play in Win XP and Vista it will also come up like rem drive in my computer
if u want any thing else or u can tell me the exact model of ur pda to get more specific help
