[Evcon Coleman? DGAA056BDTB] With the system off, I can turn the Fan to on, and the blower works. Same with Air Conditioner. However, when I call for heat, everything works until the blower kicks in...it begins to turn but stops, and shuts the flame down. Oddly, when I use my finger to give it a little help, it runs fine...just won't run automatically. My reasoning is, that the furnace thinks it's 'overheating'...which it is once it realizes the blower isn't running. Any ideas?.

Small blower motor? Are you talking about the combustion blower if so then check your vents for blockage.. if the vents are blocked won't work... if it has a control board init it will give you a diagnostic code. Flashing light on the board... count the flashes and look up the fault on the chart in your owners manual ot on the furnace door..

first off buy yourself a honeywell stat, in my personal opinion lux stats are garbage, I have run into so many that are bad stats !!! but as far as your fan not shuting down, sounds to me like your fan center on your circuit board is bad and will not shut down the fan when needed, you will have to replace the circuit board, as the fan center is a part of the whole of the circuit board, hope that helps
SOURCE: air conditioning runs all the time
I assume this is a manufactured home, this is probably a two transformer system, either your contactor is welded in the on positon or wyou have control wiring issues, (could be the thermostat)
SOURCE: draft fan keeps on running after furnace shuts
That sounds pretty normal for most furnace/heater products. They run the heating element with fan for a cycle then after the heater reaches temperature it will shut off and the fan will continue to run to cool the element and to circulate the heat that it produced. If you want the manual for this product it looks like you can get it here: http://homeappliance.manualsonline.com/ex/product/headline/m/Coleman%2BEvcon/d/furnace/p/DGATO75BDC
