Hi! Go to the link posted by noteric Feb21 2008. Download the driver pack and unpack i.e. to a USB-pin. Install the drivers from the USB-pin when Windows prompts for driver installation.

yep, can't find any lan driver for this motherboard ANYWHERE
sucks.. I had one installed and working fine but I had to reinstall windows XP and now, no more internet. I remember it wasn't called "m2n-mx se lan driver" or something, it might have been SiS lan or Uli Lan, try those
