Try typng structure watches in google search, there should be a website for that watch, then type in model number. You should be able to get a manual in this way.
You can get instructions from the Amitron web site. Copy "www.armitron.com/watch_instructions.asp" into your search engine and you will see a list of illustrations of watches and associated instructions.
Unfortunately they do not list the instructions under model numbers , so you must choose the one that looks like yours and download the PDF file.
