You can't. You will need to replace the waste ink tank when it becomes full before it will allow you to print anymore. I had to do that with my Canon at one time too.
usually if you have 4Gb disk, it would can see full 4Gb, it must less than 4gb, it because your 15mb used for system, thats no problem,actually your disk is 4gb
