Owners manual will outline the procedure in back of pamphlet.
Utilize the supplied hex key or source the correct hex for the rear roller. Access the tensioning bolts for the rear roller through the holes in the plastic covers at the rear of the machine.
Tensioning the bolt clockwise will add tension to the side accessed. This will push the belt away from this side. Half turn increments at a slow belt pace (less then 3mph) will begin to make the desired result of moving the belt.

SOURCE: belt slips when using treadmill
Hi, I don't know which particular model treadmill you have but most all treadmills use the same type of belt tension and tracking, which is an allen screw adjustment on the rear tension bar. One on either side. Treadmills normally come with an allen wrench, and could be attached on the treadmill somewhere, if not then use one of your own the proper size. Make the adjustment with the unit running at its slowest speed. Clockwise tightens the tension and will draw the belt. Good Luck, this should Fixya!

Not sure what's happened here. treadmill won't turn on when red key is inserted. checked electrical plug to make sure it worked. I couldn't see that there's anything wrong with the red key. Have any ideas?
SOURCE: HOW DO YOU ADJUST THE BELT ON A PROFORM 725 SPACE
Use the allen wrench to loosen side that is touching. 1st locate on the end of the treadmill 2 slots, 1 on each side and place the allen wrench into the slot. turn anticlock wise 1/4 turn. Turn on treadmill at 3 to 4 miles per hour (not standing on it) and make ajustments in 1/4 turns until belt gets centered and snug. When you have it centered you may ahve to tighten or loosen it in case it is slipping when you are running on it. When you ajust it when centered you should do this in 1/4 turns on both sides to keep it centered. If this doesnt fix the problem I suggest that you may have some other problem or are not capable of reolving this problem on your own. Ask another friend for there opinion if this fails.
