Order the parts from Coleman.com or take it to Sears or grill repair person. If you do it yourself, take it apart first so you know wxactly what parts you need. I have the same grill in the same condition. I am replacing the rusted parts and expect it to look and function like new. I got mine to last a little longer by spraying the inside of the grill down with PAM in between uses after cleaning.

it sounds like the control board is fried. easy to fix if you can get one - just swap.
