Electrical I know how to connect a double power point with an extra switch. However the new waterproof Deta brand that I have purchased looks totally different. The switch configuration is all vertical. You have Red/Active, Green/Earth, Load?, & Black/Neutral. I dont know what the Load is? There use to be a Loop. Im assuming its for the switch. And if so, does the lights active wire enter the Load and then come out and connect to Red/Active?

Typically the LOOP terminal is an iinsulated connection point of a load device used to extend the ACTIVE to the switch device (a switch loop).

As the switches are incorporated within the load device theres no need for a LOOP terminal.

It could be you have selected a device that is not best suited for your application.

Typically, 120 volt incoming hot line is connected to black, white to neutral, ground to green...
Then load has 2 wires + ground ... the white connects to neutral, black connects to load wire, and ground to ground

How do I wire a double pole double throw 240 volt ge intermatic timer to 4 240 volt plugs?

You posted under GE timer, but added the brand name Intermatic.
GE and Intermatic timers are totally different.
Wiring below is for GE and will not apply to Intermatic.

Step 1) lets cover basic GE timer wiring for 240Volt load.
Be sure to set dip switches BEFORE applying power.
Step by step illustrations show on following link.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-wire-GE-15207-timer.html

Step 2) Load wires exit GE timer.
There are two Hot wires and 1 bare ground wire.

Step 3) Wire the outlets: You have 4 240Volt plugs.
This could mean a receptacle-type outlet like a clothes dryer outlet or air conditioner outlet.
Or it could be a twist-lock receptacle or extension-cord-type stage plug.
In all cases, look at screw color on device.
Connect Hot wires to brass colored screws.
Connect ground wire to green screw.

Step 4) Calculate total Load
Manual appears below: Look at Normally Open contacts. These contacts turn ON when timer turns ON.
http://waterheatertimer.org/15087-15207-56922-Manual-eng.pdf
Total load on all 4 plugs cannot exceed 2 HP
Generally, a 30 amp timer is rated for max 24 Amps or 6 amps per each of the 4 plugs.
Volts x amps = watts.
Take total watts and divide by 240Volts to get amps.

I ordered a replacement switch for the JED8430ADW. The previous switch was 7403P406-60. The replacement switch is 12002125. I have no clue how to re-connect the wiring. it looks nothing like the old...

There was a design change related to this switch. I had the same problem earlier today and figured it out by getting the schematics from searspartsdirect.com. There are two different schematics there (in English). The old schematic is labeled "DIAGRAM NO. 8104P688-60". The new one has five notes in the lower left (that don't help). The key is to split out the red wire coming back from the double burner element. The old way had it connected to "N" along with the RED source power. The new way has it connected to terminal "2" all by itself with the RED source power now connected to terminal "P2". But in addition, you have to add an extra jumper wire that should have come with your new switch that goes from "P1" to "S1". The other connections simply move from the old switch to the new where the locations can be seen on the schematics by referencing the wire colors (example: TAN wire moves from the old "3" to the new "4", etc.). If you are not 100% sure of what you are doing - you shouldn't try this. A wrong wire in the wrong place can short out 240V when you throw the breaker (boom!). Good luck. -- Mark.

I just bought my kid a TTR50, its and 09 and looks brand new. It has been running great, until I sprayed it off with a garden hose, now it won't fire. I checked the plug, no spark. Anyone had any issues...

Use starter fluid to spray out the electrical connections to the coil and starter switch, and let dry before reconnecting, or just wait for it to dry out naturally. Next time, be very careful not to spray electrical wiring. If none of this helps, you may have fried the coil. Although these connections should be waterproof, time kills all.

PF code keeps coming on ! This unit is just 2yrs old. purchased 8-08 in a new home. I checked the breaker and it was not tripped. This code has appeared several times in the last two months.

You need to look for a loose wire either in the unit or at the wall connection. It could be as simple as a bad solder connection on the board but it is losing power at some point.

NEED BOOK OF RULES FOR THE BOARD GAME CALLED SRABBLE

Each letter in a Scrabble game has a certain value within the game. Blank tiles, or tiles lacking an assigned letter, are worth 0 points. For each A, E, I, O, U, L, N, R, S and T used, the player receives one point. Two points are awarded for the letters D and G. Letters worth three points are B, C, M and P. Four-point letters are F, H, V, W and Y. K is the only letter worth five points, while J and X are the only eight-point letters. The letters worth the most within the game are Q and Z, worth 10 points each. With this in mind, spelling out HOUSE on the board in spaces that aren't worth extra earns the player eight points.
Extra-point Scoring
  • Certain squares on the Scrabble board give players extra points for placing a tile on that square. These squares are either pink, red, light blue or dark blue. Pink squares on the board are double word scores, giving a player double the value of a word if one letter from that word lands on the pink square. Placing HOUSE on the board with a double word score being covered would be worth 16 points. Letters falling on red squares receive triple word scores. HOUSE would be worth 24 points should one of the letters fall on a red square. The light and dark blue squares concern individual letter scores, with light blue doubling the amount and dark blue tripling the amount. If the H in HOUSE landed on a light blue square, it would be worth eight points rather than four. On a dark blue square, H would be worth 12 points.
Additional Extras
  • Should a word fall on two double-word squares or two triple-word squares, the scoring goes up even more. The word becomes worth four times the total letter amount if the squares covered are double word squares. If two triple-word squares are covered, the word becomes nine times the total letter amount. In one turn of game play, if two or more words are formed, each word is scored individually then totaled for that turn's value. If a player uses all seven tiles in one turn, a 50-point bonus is awarded.
Game-ending Scores
  • At the end of the game, players total up the number of tiles left in their hand. That number is subtracted from the score they've earned during game play. This becomes the final score. The player with the highest final score wins

Window and Lock Buttons Dont Work

i'm guessing that you are able to lock and unlock doors with key. if you can't do that you have a mechanical problem to address first. you should be able to lock and unlock at least the doors that have a place to put the key that way. the other problem you have sounds like an electrical problem. first i would look in the fuse box in the passenger compartment and see if you have a fuse blown for that circuit. if you do replace it and see what happens. whatever caused that fuse to blow might make it blow again, or you may not have a blown fuse at all. i would check that first because it's the easiest thing that you can do in this situation. next place you need to look is in the driver's side door. when everything is working right you can open all the windows and lock or unlock all the door locks from the driver's side door controls so current for all these controls pass through those switches. like most switches they control one side of circuit. after you get the door shell off you can check these circuits for power. you will need a 12 volt test light, can get one at a car parts store pretty cheap. touch one side of the light to ground, pretty much any exposed metal you can get to, and the other side to one conductor of switch. if you get no power (light doesn't light up) to one side of switch try the other side. if you don't get any power to switches you are going to have to follow those wires and see where they go, check the connections where they end up. if you get power then check the ground for that system. you can loosen the ground connection and clean it up real good and put it back together. you could have bad wire somewhere in that system somewhere, to test that you will need some extra wire. cut a piece of wire same gauge and roughly same length and see what happens if you put the new piece between two points. only use wire to test existing connections, in other words to make a new connection where a connection already exists. this will tell you if you have a break in a wire. it is possible that all your switches are bad but i would not suspect that unless car has sat for awhile with windows down and water has gotten into switches. one bad switch i could believe but they don't ususally all fail at once. hope this helps.

Want To Install a 1250 W Power Inverter on a Class A Motorhome

You are definitely on the right track. When you choose your power inverter consider the following: buy the inverter for around 40% more of your anticiapted load. You will need a double pole transfer switch to isolate the inverter from the generator(and visa versa). A simple double throw double pole switch with fuse or breaker protection should do it. You wouldn't necessarily have to isolate the curbside circuit as the double pole double throw switch would simply be switching the power from the existing generator to your new inverter for only the roadside circuit; i.e. you don't need to worry about the curbside power source as it will always be connected to the other branch circuit. Even if your generator or other source came on the system would be protected no matter what the the roadside configuration was set to as only one source of the 2 roadside power sources would be connected at any give time to the roadside circuit. The six dots represent the connecions for the double pole, double throw switch; shown supplying the new inverter to the roadside circuit while the source from the existing generator or inverter is disconnected via this switch from the roadside circuit:

existing * *------* new power inverter; switched to source
* *------*
^
Middle 2 dots represent your roadside circuit and represent the "throw arm" of the switch. Safe and simple! If you don't have a voltage meter for your batteries you can purchase one for a few bucks. Just run it across the terminals so you will know battery condition as it is being drained (you may already have this indicator) You can find a transfer switch at an electrical supply place, maybe even Lowes. Make sure you get the switch that will be in a protected enclosre. The enclosurre can be purchased seperately if you can't find the switch/enclosure package together.

Good luck....gary
