You cannot delete names and numbers from your Call History. The Call History will house 10 incoming or outgoing calls. As a new call is placed or comes in the oldest number will drop off the list. Go into your menu and find 'Call Log' there will be an option for 'erase all call data. As for sent messages, go to your 'sentbox' folder and find 'delete all'. This will delete the call history and any records of messages sent.
Alternatively, to perform a full factory reset (THIS WILL ERASE ALL YOUR CONTACTS AND RESET THE PHONE TO BEFORE FIRST USE!) :

Press ##786# then select 'Reset'. Password would be your MSL, which your provider has (call customer care for your MSL).
This is a factory reset, this will reset everything.

Erasing Call History from page 76 in your manual:
To erase individual Call History entries, see “Call History
Options”on page 74.
1. Press Menu > Call History > Delete Call History.
2. Select Missed Calls, Incoming Calls, Outgoing Calls, Recent
Calls, or Delete All. (A confirmation dialog will appear.)
3. If you are certain you want to erase the call history,
select Yes.

Select No to return to the previous menu.

clear browser history in messaging option or clear in call log

The blackberrys do that when their memory is full.
Go in to your browser, and delete the cache, and history. including cookies.

delete your old call logs as well, it will help.

try this. The menu names may vary depending on the model or even service provider. look for a simmilarly meaning menu name

For missed calls, made calls or received calls
Go to
menu, call history, erase History, then click on whichever option you want to clear it. you can also clear all.

if you only want to erase just one entry go to call history, go to the category you want(missed, outgoing,incoming) then scroll to your particular one and click options, erase

Assuming you want to erase the recipients of txt messages, go as if you want to send a text(menu, messaging, send message, text message.) then on recent list, scroll and select your desired entry and press options, erase
