First press the button on your charging cable three times within eight seconds, briefly pausing between presses. The button is on the end of the charging cable that is plugged into your computer.
Eight seconds after you did the first button press, you'll see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
1. First, clean the charging cable on the back of your Fitbit device and the pins on your cable because maybe it is just dirty since any devices can accumulate dust. Check your manual for the instructions.
2. Double-check if your USB port is not faulty or try a different USB port - make sure it is compatible.
3. Make sure your Fitbit device tracker is securely connected to the charging cable.
4. If it still doesn't work "Restart your Fitbit device tracker", maybe it just malfunctioned.
5. Make sure your Fitbit tracker device is not wet.
