HOT water dispenser will not work! Trickles water have tried to clean several times please advise!

Is there a filter between supply and the Hot water heater? The heater may be similar to Coffey pots. a small tube. I would try to
deliver vinegar to the water supply before the heater a good long soak may help. It may also be a problem with the dispenser valve, depending on where it is and whether its manual or electrical. It may be blocked. Hopefully, the vinegar might clean. Otherwise. if manual try to disassemble inspect find the problem. It may need a replacement rubber seat kind of like old faucets. If it's electrical, there may be a problem with the connection, but most likely it will be similar to dishwasher or chloths washer valves. and need to be replaced with a complete module. Its possible there is a fine protective screen at the entrance from supply to electric valve. If plugged the screen should be able to be removed and cleaned.
Hope this helps and good luck.

Oil in the radiator

oil in the radiator is from a failed transmission oil cooler that is in the radiator tank. You will also have water in the transmission oil as when you shut off the engine the coolant pressure may enter the oil lines through the crack in the cooler.

I recently purchased a insinger 18-5 dishwasher, what type of detergents should I use ??

Follow the steps below to ensure proper dishwasher detergent selection and usage.

Use only powder, liquid or tablet detergent designed specifically for automatic dishwashers. Any other types may cause a sudsing and as a result, poor wash performance and possibly suds and water on your kitchen floor. GE recommends either Electrasol®, Cascade® or Cascade Complete® detergents.

Use the right amount of detergent for the job. Soft hot water requires less detergent - perhaps a quarter of a cup in the main cup. Very hard water requires a full main cup and a full open cup to get good wash performance. Conditions between these require judgment. Use enough to get the job done, but don't use more than you need.

Too much detergent in very soft water will cause etching of glassware. This is a permanent clouding of the glass. If you experience this condition, use less detergent.

Keep your detergent fresh and dry. Store the detergent in container away from moisture to prevent lumps. Do not put detergent in the cup until you are ready to run a cycle. If powder detergent gets old or lumpy, throw it out; it will not clean effectively. Liquid detergents do not age.

As a rule of thumb:
Harder water requires more detergent

Cooler water requires more detergent

Softer water requires less detergent

Hotter water requires less detergent

Whirlpool dishwasher has food particles baked on.

Heating element may fail. This will lead to the machine stopping part way through its cycle

Pumps. There are 2 pumps in most dishwashers. The drain pump,( which describes itself -it pumps the water out of the machine.)
The recirculating pump which forces the water at high pressure through the spray nozzles and arms. (This is how the cleaning action is performed)
These pump may either leak, or burn out. Either way, the only solution is replacement.

Galaxy D/W Not Cleaning. Also leaving grit on dishes

You should try using a product called 'CLR' were normally you would put soap and also down the water supply pipe to the d/w. it will get rid of any calcium build up in the internal plumbing that could be caused by hard water. Don't have any dishes in when you do this 'clean run'. Next put a couple of dirty plates in and do another run with Cascade in the soap dish. That shoud fix it.

Carefull though CLR is corrosive, wear gloves and safety glasses. When you put the CLR down the water inlet pipe, if you can, turn the water back on before you start the clean run.

Sounds like there is. It is common to find objects or small pieces of cloth stuck in the water pump. Remove the water pump and disassemble it and reinstall it. Or purchase a new water pump and replace the old pump.

Not getting clothes clean anymore

Have you moved or has where your water treatment facility changed? Changes in the hardness of the water can cause detergents not to react well. A hard water test is easily picked up at the hardware store. I had a similar problem changing from well water to public system.
