On your home screen tap the the app button,then tap the screen saver app. Tap Enable Screensaver to turn the screensaver mode on or off. Then remove the check to "service enable" check box.

Hi, Zeepads have an issue with powering on....when charging it is best to use the mains charging as it is more powerful....if you are sure they have been fully charged then try this:

Hold the power button down for about 2-3 minutes.
Listen for a small click.
Take finger off of power button and wait for about 30 seconds.
Hit the power button again.

Hopefully you should see the start up screen, post back with the results!

On my 7" zeepad I had to do a factory reset via usb cable and my pc and with software downloaded from internet. This is a 2-year old question, but you can pop the case open with your fingernails easily enough, and maybe re-position the little plastic switch button if it's in the case. It has a tiny loop on it, meant to line it up in position with a tiny projection on the plastic case. It seems that a spot of glue or threadlock on that loop might help it stay in place. If the little switch button is lost, you could reach into the slot and press gently on the switch (mounted on the circuit board) with a toothpick or paperclip. If you open the case, you'll see where it is, and what is involved.

If your Azpen A700 tablet won't charge or come on, you got no result trying to reset it, you've got only one option: take it back to the shop where you bought it and ask for authorized repair service, to diagnose cause of failure You even may have still option to warranty service.
Problem is that it's a low cost 35$ tablet so repair service might not be worth to pay, looks rather as a disposable device..

All of the paperwork should have been included in the box it came in. There is also a way to find out where it was purchased by going straight to the manufacturers website and talking with someone.
Simply could ask the person who bought the gift for a "gift recepit" that way you can prove it was bought not stolen, and get the warrante online.

My zeepads screen isn't lighting up. if you turn it just right in the light it can barely be seen. I have tried the back light and the brightness settings on the tablet and the reset..nothing has worked....

If you can see a faint picture on the screen then it is probably the screen inverter is faulty! If it is still under warranty then send it back!

Yes, all products that you buy have to be "fit for use". The 3 R's apply, repair, replace or refund. Under consumer rights law, they have to do this. Make sure you bring all packaging and receipts with you and speak to the shop manager. If you get no joy (they have to, by law, help you) report it to head office.

Can I put a CD in my Zeepad 7.0

No. you can however rip what's on the cd on your computer and transfer the files into your zeepad.
