It's a Bissell. It's somewhat pointless to register a warranty with Bissell. Anything made by Bissell is made in China with the poorest engineering . It is designed to last one year at best. The customer service is very poor because they are continually overwhelmed with complaints. Use the machine as long as it will llast, then replace it with a quality vac from your local vac shop. You will be surprised at how much better a quality vacuum will perform and last. You will likely also be surprised to find they don't cost much more too. Support local and we all win.

I know exactly! You need a new pump. I have 2 of these beauties. They work great till they quit all of a sudden. Did you register your warrantee? Bissel has great coverage. Call the number on your machine!

Here is a tip that will give you all the information you need to fix your BissellProheat Vacuum Problem.

Bissell Proheat Upright Wet/Dry Vacuum Problems

From the manual:

1. Remove the Clean/Solution Tank by lifting it
straight up, then away from the Lower Body.
2. Unscrew the black cap at the bottom of the
Clean/Solution Tank.
3. Add one of the BISSELL Advanced Cleaning formulas
for Deep Cleaning machines to the formula fill
line on the Clean/Solution tank. Fill the rest of the
tank with hot (not boiling) tap water to the water
fill line. Replace and tighten the black cap.
4. Place Clean/Solution Tank on Lower Body.
