The error code mean your fixing heater isnt getting warm in a specific time. But it can be caused by a power dip.
So try this.
Press the star button and then the no 2 and 8 together press star again. Then you are in service mode.
In service mode sellect "copier" and then "Function"and then"clear"ant then"error" and press the ok on the screen.Swiths the machine at the plug off and on.
And Katchiiing!!!
If it doen't help you will have to contact your Canon dealer to replace that Fixing.

A E-000007-000 means that the fixing film in the fixing unit can not find the "Home Postion" for the film. Most likely the fixing film is ripped and the film has proble moved to one side. Basicly you are going to have to have the film adjusted back to HP or the film needs to be replaced. Have you seen any little pieces of thin Black plastic come out of the copier, also is the toner not bring fixed into the paper.... Good Luck..... You may need to call in for reinforcements to solve the code... It will not clear till it is repaired
SOURCE: my Canon PC735 copier turns off after it grabs the paper.
Main lamp is most likely burned out or is shorting.
You can google it and find a replacement bulb. Not too difficult to replace. Remove the top cover and glass. Make sure your hands are very clean or use a clean cloth to handle the new bulb.
