The symptoms you've mentioned is an indication that the lamp needs to replaced because it is already burnt out. You've said that the lamp was replaced 3+ years ago, then you have to replaced it with new one to resolve the issue.
This is the standard problem with this model. The printer fails after a while as it has a short life span and prints only one side of the receipt. I've now lost count of the number I've replaced. You will need a new printer unit. It is not too expensive but it would be a good idea to sell it once you have it fixed. I've seen some machines that are on their fourth printer. If you don't have it in paper save mode so you only issue occasional receipts, it will race through printers.
I don't quite understand when you said "I've lost my sim card, how to get my PUK Code?", PUK code is specific for every sim cards, so if you have lost that sim card which was blocked, I don't think you will ever need the PUK code for that sim card. But if you mean that your sim card is blocked and you are being asked for PUK Code, please follow the instructions given HERE. This is one of my "how to's" about PUK Code issue.
You've either got a bad motherboard or a bad processor (I'd lean to the motherboard being bad). I would honestly take this into a computer repair shop and have them check both.
Go to the nearest card retailer and purchase another.
