I think that the sim security is active, you need to disable it with the security code.If you do not remember don't think that you can unlock byentering wrong code repeatedly coz the sim will damage. In case if you know the code Open >> menu >> Security>>Pin Code Request>> and turn it off by entering the code. But if you don' know the code contact mobile repairing shop because you could not fix it by yourself (You phone has no USB connection).Good luck
Hello! the problem with this error is faulty DC regulator I.C. chip, next to power module I.C. It's a hybrid chip and fatigue causes pins to break off chip's base. Anyway, it's a replacement part, you must have technician skills to replace it, plus some electronics tools. I don't remember the part#, but you'll find it at "panasonic.com/parts". Enter your model# and you'll see the list of all parts. It might be "STK" or "STR" at the beginning of part#. Better to open the unit and look up yourself. It's size about 2 by 1 inch, landscape oriented, with 10-15 pins connecting to the board. Don't try to just re-solder that chip. It's not a chip to board, but chip to pins failed connections. I've tried to re-do those pins, but without any luck. Chip might already died. good luck with your project. Thanks, Alex.
If your pin does not work, you need to go to your security location (location of when you set the pin the very first time) to unlock it. If you don't remember that you need to call garmin at 1-800-800-1020 to set up an rma to send the unit in to have it unlocked.
The PIN Code is not stored on the cellphone itself, it's actually stored on the SIM Card. Try using the PIN Code that was last used with this SIM. If you cannot remember it or if it's new SIM, try some of the defaults:
- 0000 - 1234
If both of those don't work, please CLICK HERE to check out my Tip on cracking your own PIN Code.

Normally when the phone asks you for a PUK code and you enter the correct combination of codes, it is required of you to input a new combination that you can always remember as a PIN code. In other words, all you need to do is input a new combination of number that you can remember next time. You can also disable the PIN from under the settings menu of your phone after it has been unlocked. Hope this solved your problem?

Hello there,
According to Nintendo's FAQ for the DSi:
If you don't know the PIN, select "I forgot," then select the empty text box for the answer to the secret question and enter it using the on-screen keyboard. Select "OK" to continue.
If you don't know either the PIN or the secret question, the Parental Controls will need to be reset. Please call 1-800-255-3700 for assistance.
