Friend you need to contact your network provider for the problem.that is only on your SIM CARD network.Just contact them for free.they will solve that.

Lol! See that proves how either lazy or stupid they are. Mine said the same thing when I purchased it. Also the esn# was locked due to it being stolen or lost. Took only bout 30 min a searchin before I found 2 sets a files and drivers for the firmware & some speed reading to know what I needed or what to look for. Downloaded it then got stuck. Had a earfull from the wifey on how I bought a stolen, locked, phone with no charger or unlock code including the USB sync cord! Didn't matter I paired it with my labtop over Bluetooth and eventually (tooksome brain racking) got the GZ to recieve the files but still wasn't receiving calls. That's when I took it to cricket to do the rest. Took em a few days but it's flashed now! With cricke. In the end it took the firmware & pst files I found on google, LG Driver files, PRL Ver. Change and 1 USB Sync cord. Oh yeah and a little patience... Hope this helps

i set my boulder to nam2 on accident and my code didnt work after searchin for like 4 months on the internet i found this code ##7764726 (PROGRAM), SEND. SPC Enter 000000 after u enter it go to the nam settings select nam2 go to the second one its like MDN or somethin like that the last four digits should unlock it but u might have to take it to the store to get it programmed again but ull have ur phone back without losin any info u mightve saved on it
