Obviously, unplug the USB cable from both ends, then replug it.
Turn the printer off with the power switch, wait 30 seconds then turn on. Make sure the printer light / front panel is normal and not showing red or any errors
If that doesn't work, then you probably need to delete and reinstall the printer driver
