Are you sure the power supply is working ? Have you looked in the manual concerning the remote control ?

Many times frames not displaying pictures are often associated with a problem with the files stored on the memory card. confirm any memory cards you're using are working properly - you would possibly got to insert the memory card during a camera to check it. If the memory card has photo images stored on it from multiple cameras, it could cause the digital photo frame to be unable to read the cardboard . Finally, try resetting the frame.

SOURCE: my pandigital 1.8 inch digital photo frame won't turn on

You have to leave it in your US-B overnight to charge.
There is nothing in the instructions to explain this.

SOURCE: my pandigital frame no longer

If you have an all grey screen than the frame is dead --- which menas throw it away. Check voltage on the power supply. Make sure voltage matches the output on the power supply. Also try connecting it tto the computer and formatting the internal memory.

SOURCE: Trying to move photos from Apple Mac to Pandigital frame

Its easiest to transfer the pictures to a usb drive or sd card and insert them into frame and copy them to the internal hard drive. Using Mac OS X Snow Leopard v10.6.2

SOURCE: My pandigital photo frame doesn't work at all.

This frame cannot initialize; this is an internal memory issue. Connect the frame to your computer with the USB cable and to the AC outlet. Now turn it on. Under Computer or My Computer, look for a Pandigital (X:) drive.

If you see that drive, right click on it and select Format.
Choose FAT or FAT32 as the file system, check Quick Format, then Start.
Once it finishes, unhook the frame and restart it.

If you do not see that drive, your frame is toast. Grab your receipt and return to the store or call the company.

Saving changes on Pandigital

I don't think that's a feature of the product. I believe the zoom and panning is a convenience for the immediate viewing of the picture but can't be preserved.

I cannot get my pandigital to work once I insert the memory card

I am 99.99 percent sure that frame does not use batteries. It only uses an A/C adapter that you plug into a wall.

Not all jpeg images will load on 7'' Pandigital Photo Frame

I was having a problem too with my Smartparts frame. All the pics were from the same camera but some of the vertical (portrait) orientation shots wouldn't show right. Just a bunch of thin colored lines. After some phone calls I did try to "resize" the photos to the "resolution" of my frame (had to look that up too). My frame is 640 width by 480 high. So I took a shot and changed all the goofy photos to 480 width (since they were vertical) and let Photoshop change the the other number. Low and behold the buggers are showing up fine now. Well on to my next problem - focusing with the new D90. I think that one is going to be more challenging yet. Hope this helps you out.
