Simple, remove power and then unplug DC wire from indoor display for 2 minutes.Again plug it, power on. And also remove batteries and re insert in remote and then use. If still problem, your signal receiving sensor defective. You have to repair/replace indoor PCB.

If switched on, press the ON button to turn the unit off.
Press the CLOCK/TIMER button for at least 2 seconds so that the clock icon blinks on the display.
Press the MEMORY button. The hours display blinks.
Turn the VOULUME control to set the hours.
Press the MEMORY button. The minutes display blinks.
Turn the VOULUME control to set the minutes.
Press the MEMORY button. The clock starts.
NOTE: the time can be set accurately by pressing the MEMORY button when a time signal is heard.

If switched on, press the ON button to turn the unit off.
When the clock is display, press the MEMORY button and hold it, then press TUN UP buttom (this will change from 24hr format to AM/PM format)
