I'm sorry no there isn't. Once an account is deleted everything tied to that account is gone. When your account was reopened it was reopened as a new blank account and so had none of the files or emails that it had before.

man go to hotmail.com, look at the left corner down the page you will see contacts, click and go to contacts, now mark the ones you wanna delete and at the top of the page there is Delete command!!!
Check the "deleted" folder , if not there, post back and there is something else you can try.
