Question about Tablets & eReaders
Well. every store has limits on returns, whether it is 7 days or 30 days or 1 year. The store has the right to set their own terms and conditions, in US and Canada there is no statutory right of return on most retail purchases (unless it is not the item that you agreed to purchase). Those policies will be posted in the store, or on their website, or even on your printed receipt. It's up to you to seek that information out. You didn't say how long you have had it, but I am guessing it is past the return policy limit.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

SOURCE: I purchased a 7inch RCA tablet from walmart. The tablet exploded and the battery popped the tablet open. I need to know how I can get the tablet replaced because it was purchased less than a year. I
It comes with a one year warranty so if its less the one year take it back to Wal-Mart and they will send it to the company were they will either fix it or replace it.

Normally you would have better luck returning it to WalMart than the manufacturer. You'll need the receipt. Here is a link to Walmart's return page Search
