Try hooking it all up then with ps3 on standby press and hold power button until it beeps. Let go and wait a bit.

It is possible that the HDMI ports are blown. The work through their own circuit area in the TV set. This is a particularly complex area.
You will have to send the set to the authorized service rep for an estimate. See if your home insurance plan will cover for this type of thing. Some types of home policies will cover for this type of thing. The cost of servicing your set may be expensive. Damage from a lightning strike will not normaly be covered by warranty.

Do you have the remote? You will need to cycle through the inputs to get to video 1 or 3. You might have the buttons on the front of your tv that says tv/video or tv/vcr. If not go down the channels past 1 and it might automatically switch through the video input selections. For any of these solutions have the PS2 plugged into video 1 and turned on. Hope this helps.

The LCD should have a Source button.This will select the AV input.Using the right arrow instead of "OK" button should help select your input.

is it just the tv screen saying no signal? if so you may still have your tv in HDMI mode if not then you need to go into the television settings
