I inherited a Hamilton Beach Scoville 'Emmie' mini food processor (model 544) from my grandmother. Unfortunately, the instructions are long missing, and a model number search on Hamilton Beach's website pulls up a manual for an entirely different food processor. Can someone please help me find a copy of the CORRECT manual for the Emmie 544?

Call the company direct. I called them with the model number from my Hamilton Beach Food Processor and they shipped the item right to me the next week. The customer service number is 1-800-851-8900.
Contact the manufacturer. Most retail stores will not sell parts like this (and if they do, it's probably a store that will be something like a kitchen specialty store--aka, a little more pricey), so the best way to go is to contact Hamilton Beach so that they can get it for you (and, a lot of times, they can get it for you at a cheaper price, or, if you're under warranty, sometimes for FREE!!).
Their contact number should be either stamped somewhere on the machine (usually on the bottom--might be stamped directly into the plastic, so make sure you have it in really good light when trying to read) or in the product manual (usually near the back of the book). Good luck! :)
I have one thanks to my e-mailing a user that posted the question 3 yrs ago! Whoo whoo. I can e-mail it to you & anyone else. Here is my "unregular" e-mail - [email protected]. I know it's dangerous to put my e-mail out there & I have excellent virus protection so I won't be sending anyone any "bugs." =) Just be sure to put "Emmie 544 manual" in the subject or I will simply delete it.
