ASUS ADTVDF561EQBM Power Supply for PB278Q, but the board in my monitor is CF661EQBK ... is the first one a suitable replacement for my monitor?
As asus.com first, why not? they designed it.
did you lose the old one (no clues) or is burned out dead (not stated)
so if not lost, read the tag on it.
what is the DC volts watts is 60w.
but if its 12vdc buy pack that is 12vdc and 60w or more watts.
5 amps at 12vdc or more, amps.
the pray the connector matches, only ASUS knows this. for a fact.
why not ask Asus this, (from the horses mouth as we say)

Hi,
I would venture that "shows winfast on monitor" indicates the type of Video Card that your PC is using. Thereafter it should go to POST showing the motherboard, BIOS, memory count and others.
Since as you posted, after Winfast nothing follows, I can only suspect that you have a motherboard problem or at least a BIOS corruption.
Please post back the brand and model of your computer or at least what motherboard.
Good luck and kind regards.
Thank you for using FixYa.
SOURCE: monitor fuse keeps blowing
There is definately a shorted component that causes the fuse to blow. Nomaly the ceremic capacitors are the cause of the problem. Check to see if there is visiual dark or burnt ceremic caps with label sameting like this "SCK 083" near the fuse area and change it. Hope it helps, cheers.
SOURCE: Replaced my power supply, now keyboard and monitor wont work.
this is so familiar.... sounds like you've toasted your mainboard....
this could have been caused by a power surge, or by overclocking, or just when your PSU blew (it may have spiked your board as the voltage regulators failed), definately sounds like your graphics card/on-board graphics may be toasted too.
unsure if you have lost your PS2 ports and your on-board USB ports as you have no graphics output.
is it an on-board graphics card, do you have a spare/old graphics card you can test your system with?
if you cannot get your graphics systems working then you will need to replace your mainboard,
SOURCE: Need info on component 3071 on power supply board - burned up.
Its been a while since i worked on that power board. But I believe you are refering to the orange diode that runs into the single connector for the video board next to the power supply. I replaced mine with a 1n914 diode after replacing the 2200uf lytic cap and the tv fired right up.
