If there is a spark arrester in the muffler outlet check this is not blocked with carbon.

take off the muffler and run it the screen inside it might be plugged and you can clean it off by opening the muffler

Bg86c spark plug change

the tool you got with the unit for changing other parts
usually is a T shape and has two hex socket at the top of the T and the stem has a torx 10 or similar on it

is also used to change the spark plug

Sounds like a tricky one. Have you checked the magetism/functioning of the flywheel.? Tracking back the problem by having a new spark plug and coil would next point you to the flywheel. Coil to flywheel gap should be 0.25 feeler guage.

Will not prime-new bulb-new primer base have rebuilt carb

Maybe a problem with the 'connector' (item 4) as its the only way for fuel to pass in and out the fuel tank. Obviously assuming none of the pipes are leaking. Also check the fuel tank vent (item 2), these have valves in and can often perrish and leak to atmosphire.

Parts for a stihl bg 72 carburetor

Make your own.
Pull carb,use thin paperboard,punch 2 holes for carb mount and place on carb,lightly tap on carb throat to make an outline of where you need to make big hole.
I use steel tubing and punch small holes over a block off wood.
The big hole a a bit tougher to make perfect.
