Find the "Settings" icon on your iPhone, which is normally on the home screen.
Open and click on the "General" button.
Then, hit the "Bluetooth" button and slide it over to turn the function on.
Your iPhone should find the device once this is enabled and should show the device name on screen. When it does that, you will need to hit the "Pair" button in order for the devices to sync. You may need to enter a four digit password, which is provided with your wireless device.
Once that is entered, hit "Connect" on your iPhone to complete the setup. Your headphones should now be working properly.

Have you tried going into the blue tooth section of the phone to see if it can 'see' the signal from the earbuds? Some earbuds need to be put into 'pairing mode' to connect. The most common method used is to press and hold the power button down, Press and hold the power button. Do not release the button for at least 5 seconds. You should hear the start up tone and then another separate tone. This is the earth buds going into pairing mode. You phone should then be able to find and pair to the earbuds.

My iHip Bluetooth ear pods are not bluetoothing.
To pair with bluetooth, it depends on your model (TWS, SoundPods)
  • Turn on Bluetooth on your device
  • Remove one or both earbuds from the charging dock. The earbuds will have a flashing blue and red light indicating they are ready to pair
  • Long press the multi-function button for 3 seconds to power SoundPods on. When the Earbud LED Indicators flash red and blue, they are ready to be paired.

    How do i pair with an iphone 3g
