Have moved it now coming up error 13

Hi There, sorry to hear,...when we move fitness equipment we often "pull, pinch, cut, nick, severe, pierce" wires from the upper electronics to the lower control boards. Treadmills that "fold" are a bit more tolerant of moving here and there. First, check that your cables are all connected and look fine. Then remember if masts were assembled as wires come loose in there as well. Finally, check for a speed sensor that should be counting revolutions of a flywheel or front roller of the treadmill. If you need further help you can email gregATbuyfitnessrepairpartsDOTcom for more help. Good Luck!

Reebok 11300 treadmill I have had decided to move the machine and in doing so the wires became disconnected, what colours go to what on the mains socket. The rest remained untouched. Is there a circuit...

The wiring diagram is under your motor hood in an envelope. Also look at the other end of the harness - the wires are in the same sequence. Just be sure to get all the insulation out of the connector before trying to reinsert the wire. Must insert wire with insulation on it. These are the red connectors I am talking about.

I have a used Weslo Cadense 927 treadmill. I need to adjust the the tread, it's rubbing the side.

When you purchased the treadmill it came with an allen wrench to assemble the machine. That is the adjustment tool.
Inspect the rear plastic cap (the adjustment bolts are there) make sure it is not damaged. If the plastic is broken, it will need to be replaced. This job is not easy. If it is not broken, adjust the belt as follows..
If the belt is already rubbing, locate the adjustment screw at the back of the treadmill on the side that is rubbing.Adjust that screw tuning it 1/2 turn clockwise. Move the belt manually 3 full rotations.. If it is still rubbing, turn another 1/4 turn. Again move the belt manually 3 rotations. Once the rubbing stops, run the machine slowly and watch the belt from the back of the machine..

Need to disassemble NordicTrack X7i trainer to move it. Don't have the manual

To get the manual go to iconservice.com and select the manuals link. You will be asked the model name or number. You can download a PDF file of the manual for free. Use the assembly instructions only backwards and you will be able to disassemble the machine.

Hello nordictrack has just stopped

Sometimes when these machines are assembled
a wiring harness gets damaged. If you have a manual, look at the diagram that shows the upright columns where the upper console mounts.
Look for the wiring harness coming out the top or bottom on the diagram. If it is on the right, the take the screws/bolts out of the arm that mounts to the upright and lift it up, just a little to see if the wiring harness is damaged or partly disconnected. If you cant see anything, then it is time to call a tech out to troubleshoot the problem.
