Vtech keeps saying mail box is full n answering machine wont accept incoming calls

just set the amount of rings higher on the back of the phone and make sure all you old messages are deleted and also make sure its not set to do not disturb

same here. the personal greeting plays whenever someone calls but there is no beep after the recording and then people can't leave msg :(

I unpluged all hand sets for an hour,when I reconnected the hand sets they worked fine.

unplugging the unit from the power source and waiting 30seconds seems to be the answer. the answering machine is working and i can call out again.
