SOURCE: i have a jazzy 1121

Doggy count the number of flashes ie 4 flashes pause 4 flashes if you are not getting any pauses
what lights are flashing the battery level lights or the speed lights? Are all the battery level lights flashing or there are 3,4,5,6 or 7 etc. lights flashing? if you are getting a pause between flashes the number of flashes will tell you the error. Your owners manual should tell what each code means. Hope this helps

SOURCE: none of the touch sensitive

Stupid question but have you tried cleaning the buttons?
The buttons may not be touch sensitive, they maybe electrostatic (same as most smartphone screens where they need something that conducts electricity like a finger to work) and that they are not making good conductivity.
Its just an idea thats all.

SOURCE: My EMS 9 massage chair

The massaging is done by small motors with eccentric weights attached to the shafts. Those motors are controlled thru a very simple control board that in your case appears to have failed.
To fix the chair you will have to access the board and find out why it has failed - at least a basic experience in electronics is required, to perform the tests on the relays and triacs used to control the motors. If you don't posses this experience then all you can do is to check that the power cable, the remote cable and the motors cables that plug in the board are firmly inserted - for everything else you will have to call a pro.

My HHC MOTOR actuator is stuck in the up position. Recliner goes up, heat and massage work. Model LMD6205(385-190) 12vdc 3.2A output 50w. Serial number 1702090293. Please advise. Thank you in advance.

Well it _sounds_ like the actuator has failed, but that is a big chunk of money to spend on a guess. Contact the maker.

Reclining is hard and the foot massager is not functioning, don't have the owners manual.

Sounds like the cable to foot massager is trapped in the levers. Turn it on its side and check. Unplug it first.

What are the benefits of standard massage chairs?

Standard massage chairs are more accessible than massage tables. This is very beneficial for the elderly who might have a problem getting on a massage table. Another benefit is that while getting a massage on a chair, you can remain fully clothed. This is beneficial for people who are shy to take off their clothes.

PANASONIC EP 1004 MASSAGE CHAIR : ROLLERS WORK BUT ARE STUCK AT THE TOP OF THE CHAIR. WHAT DO I DO?

I have one of these chairs, and it quit on me last week. The problem is that the up/down clutch is getting stuck. First, download the service manual here:
http://www.nodevice.com/manual/newmans/panasonic/EP1004NASIMPzip/get25127.html
After opening it up, locate the up/down clutch. It is on the bottom right of the control module. Use a 10mm socket to remove the bolt that holds the belt pulley on. Remove the belt pulley and under it is another big metal disc - the clutch. The problem is that there is a black rubber gasket under the clutch disc that decomposes and makes the clutch stick to it. I scraped the black rubber off and reassembled, and now, it works perfectly. In my case, the rollers didn't even work. This is because the massage clutch, which operates the rollers, also had the same problem.
