SOURCE: I bought a RCAsmart tab ST1009x, little over a year ago. I have not used it. Since I bought it tried charging it and won't hold a charge now. What can I do?

You have a choice. Do you want to search and buy another battery? Or discard the device.

How are u suppose to charge the vtech camera

I just read the "User's Manual". It recommends using 4 standard Alkaline AA size batteries. These are not re-chargeable. You can use Ni-Cad rechargeables, but I don't recommend it. They are of slightly lower voltage and this may cause you problems with the cameras operation. I recommend reading Page 3 of the "User's Manual".

Battery has not been ussed in over a year and now will not recharge

Chances are that the charger is fine....battery is junk. Had the same issue with my kids' Barbie Jeep. Instead of buying a new battery for $60, I used my Sears 12 volt drill/driver battery by locating the positive and negative on the battery and pos neg on the machine. I bought slide on electrical clips from the hardware store and WHAM....worked fine! Actually better because I have 5 Batteries for my drill and with a smart charger, it only takes an hour to charge. They were bombing all over the yard all day! I just had to keep the batteries charging every hour or so.

IPod nano wont recharge

I would suspect that the battery is no longer good, these must be replaced by Apple contact their websit for instructions on how to do this.

Clock battery won't recharge

Change to Ni-Mah rechargeables at the highest capacity you can find. If still in trouble it will suggest the internal battery has died - and a replacement is a repair job which will be pricey if feasible So just live without that feature.
