The way to start the tablet PC's reset function: One hand presses the volume+ or volume- (Please pressing with your finger and do not release it), and another hand repeatedly click the Power key for two times until the screen shows system recovering status.

How to reset factory settings

Try this: Turn off the tablet, then Hold down the Vol + and Vol - at the same time for about 10 to 15 secs. If this takes you to recovery console, do wipe/factory reset.
