You should b able to Google it and go to your settings to print, if it doesn't let you print on either end then you could try to download it to your device under your settings or on the page the manual is on, if you see on there anywhere.

If it won't turn on, you can't do a factory reset. It's plainly, Defetive, and al you can do is to take it to a repair service. If on warranty , faster!
