Actually no, setting up an adjustable bed is pretty easy. Just screw in the legs, turn the base over and plug it in.

SOURCE: what would cause the deck to cut shorter on one

One of the blades was probably bent upwards when you hit the log. These blades are very difficult to straighten without machine shop tools -- blade will probably need replacing.

I bought two twin size roll away bed's at aldi put the bed together.. the casters will not roll on neither one of them...

Some casters will not roll well on carpet. You may replace common ball casters with wheeled ones. Or, place the frame legs in furniture glides, designed for beds or heavy furniture. Barrel casters are for things you do not wish to move around easily, and may be replaced with ball casters, or wheels.

For how long will my adjustable bed last?

READ the warranty carefully before purchase. In many cases the long-term warranty coverage applies only to breakage of FRAME parts only, NOT the much more expensive drive components that actually make the bed adjustable.

I have a 6 year-old electric adjustable bed sold by Tempurpedic with their mattress (but made by Reverie bedding) in July 2009 that stopped responding to its wireless remote a few days ago.
Troubleshooting shows a failed Programmable Logic Controller (or PLC: the 'brain' of the bed's adjustment system).
Reverie says they no longer manufacture a replacement for the failed part, but they have "a few used ones" on-hand for $300 that carry a whopping **4-Month** warranty. They did offer one other option, saying they could replace the bed's entire electrical system (power supply, motors, controller, and hand-held controller (remote) at a cost of well over $800 for the parts and service visit... Gee. Thanks.

Stopping production of repair parts for expensive products that are still well within their expected useful life-span, thereby making very expensive repairs the only real option is suspiciously *very* convenient for them, don't you think?

If anyone has info on where I can obtain the schematics for a Reverie model JB-MP-103 PLC, I would greatly appreciate you sharing.

Not enough adjustment front drivers seat

First thing I'd do is go to any used car lot and sit in a similar vehicle. at 6'3" you are not excessively tall but that depends on how much of you is leg...sounds funny but people are not exactly the same. If that one is comfortable, check to make sure there is nothing caught in the track for your seat, and that it is going back as much as the one you tested.
If both vehicles are the same, you can remove the seat from the floor and re-locate the seat back a few inches. On many vehicles, at least two of the bolts may go directly into the top of the frame. You will need to tap new threads into those holes. I also recommend that you use a large (2"-3") washer on the bottom side of the others to prevent the bolt from pulling through in an accident. Track repairs if necessary on your seat are generally difficult and expensive unless you find something minor...in that case you can replace the entire seat with one from a scrapyard. If you don't have an unusual color, they are fairly easy to match.

Unique Oak Treasures Crib - Full Bed Bassett Model 5542-0521

We have this crib as well. We bought it from Babys R' Us in 2005.
We also purchased the rails to convert it to a full sized bed. It did not come with instructions but I can explain to you how to put it together.

The rail conversion set should come with 2 pieces of wood that act as the bed frame. You do not need to purchase the extended frame. The set should also come with 4 long screws, the hex tool to tighten it and 4 metal pieces. You might also have some wood nail cover plugs.

Once you've taken apart your crib, the only pieces that you will need are the 2 longer pieces of the crib...the headboard and the footboard. The 2 shorter side pieces which served as a headboard and footboard as a crib and the metal grate to hold up the mattress can be put into storage.

On the sides of each of the new wood rails, you will see a circle indent on each end with a hole. You will insert one of the long screws into each and then insert it into the head board. You must use the special tool to screw/ tighten it in. The metal flat pieces can be inserted into it the circle befor eyou are done tightning so that it does not strip or damage the end of the circle. You do this with the other rail on the other end and then add the footboard using the same process. If you would like, I can send you a copy of what this looks like close up. ( the cricle indent with screws. The bed is extremely strong. We've all napt in it as a family along with our 2 large dogs. I highly recommend ordering the extra long/ tall bed rails from OneStepAhead for security because my son has rolled out of the bed and it is super tall!
