SOURCE: I brought home spaghetti and meatballs last night and put it in the fridge not the freezer. Any special way to reheat it? Currently spaghetti in one container and sauce/meatballs in another.

just use your microwave. mix the sauce.meatballs with the spaghetti first. Cooking a thawed food is ok as long as its withing a certain amount of time. Overnight would not be harmful. Even 24 hours would still be safe. Make sure its thoroughly heated.

Cook meatballs in an electric pressure cooker

I always find meatballs to be very difficult to get to come out cooked properly, and they tend to take a lot of time and attention to get them to come out good. I started using my pressure cooker to make meatballs and it is so simple, quick and my family love them!

The recipe is very easy to follow and only takes 25 minutes to make.

ingredients:
- 1 - 1/2 lbs. ground meat
- 1/2 cup of rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp minced onion
- 1 10 oz can of condensed tomato soup
- 1/2 cup of water

Start by mixing the ground meat, rice, salt, pepper and onion in a large bowl and shape them into the meatball size you want. Combine the water and condensed soup in the pressure cooker and heat it using the browning setting with the top open. Once its been heated carefully add the meatballs close the lid and raise the setting to high pressure. Cook the meat for 10 minutes and let the pressure release naturally.

I have found these meatballs I great served over spaghetti noodles or rice is delicious with a side of steamed green beans. The best part is when you start with defrosted ground beef the whole recipe will take you about 25 minutes to make.

Broken input shaft

KitchenAid doesn't sell any internal parts for the KitchenAid pasta attachments, the only thing to do is buy a replacement, if it is just the pasta roller you can purchase the KPSA, if not the others are just sold in the KPRA pack

I got the brush stuck in the spaghetti cutter attachment. I turned off the machine but we can't get the brush out.

I had the brush get stuck in my spaghetti attachment and the attachment would not turn. My husband got out his drill with the smallest bit & he drilled a hole through the teeth of the spaghetti attachment & the bristles fell out. I can now make spaghetti once again.
