You did not list the model numbers of either item but I can tell you that the new televisions use HDMI to send and receive audio. With that in mind, there is no way to do what you want to do unless you buy a converter like this one: https://www.amazon.com/AGPtek-SPDIF-Extractor-Converter-output/dp/B00ECTHIKK

The orange jack is a DIGITAL audio out and cannot be hooked to anything other than a digital input. You want to use the White/Red jacks at the bottom.

The input on your television is probably coaxial (for cable or an antenna) which means it needs an RF modulated signal. You can find one of those at your local department or electronics stores. Just look for an "RF Modulator" or "video-RF convertor." They're most commonly used to hook video games up to older televisions.
Now, if you've got an old VCR handy, that has an external input, it already has the RF modulator built-in.

just connect your subwoofer mono RCA to your amp sub single out rca connector. you do not need to megre all those 4terminals into one. in fact internal circuit of those 4rca are merging inside to one since the sub uses only a single amp. 4inputs was meant for sources with multiple sub out
