Try not loading it with staples... See what happens, just don't use that funcation.. That copier is old and parts are going to be hard to find.. Gan you live with out the finsher? If so dissconnect it and make a exit try..

Your user manual should list a "Clean Drum" command on the menu of the printer. If you don't, you can purchase laser jet cleaning sheets at any office supply store.

U need to check the developer unit see whether the developer material is dirty or uneven.
