yes, in phone number recall area. number history. find number you want to block hit settings then add to reject list.

Go to settings-->call settings-->Look for a an option called "rejection" or "rejection list''-->Remove his number from there.

go to
settings => call => all calls => auto reject => reject list

here you can find the list of rejected callers.
Now you can remove the number, you don't wish to reject.

You should remove caller number from reject list.
settings -> Application settings -> Call -> All Calls -> Auto reject -> reject list. Then select the number and remove the tick and save.

Go to the Reject Caller List, Select The Caller you would like to Remove from the list..... and select it and remove it :)

go to - menu-> settings-> application settings->  call->  all calls->  auto reject-> (scroll one down) reject list->
[on the reject list uncheck number you wish to remove from the reject list. ]
