If you are going to buy a new house you should use trusted sources and compare prices with another property. I bought house in Turkey and it was the best purchase of mine although I was scared not to fail before buying the same as you

Are you able to manualy turn engine fan on

Normally no. Early vehicles with an electric cooling fan it is a thermal switch in the cylinder head, thermostat housing or radiator that switches on the fan. Later vehicles with digital electronics it is the management computer or an auxilliary computer that decides when the fan is switched on.

Lots of people (traditionalists) are or were distrustful of electronics and fitted a manual switch and tell-tale light override so they could choose to switch the fan on earlier than usual or to have a safety in case the electronics failed...

Where is the control panel on the kenmore dryer oasisso I can fix this code f40

See this link:

It will answer your question.

Make sure you checke the Thermal fuse because if the thermal fuse opens you will get this code also. A thermal fuse will open when the interanl temp of the dryer reaches 196 Deg. F The reason a dryer gets hot is due to poor air-flow though the dryer from lint build up either inside the dryer or the external ducting to include the thru the wall vent hood. Additionally if the blower modtor on dual motor models fails or the blower wheel on single motor models fails you can have the thermal fuse fail. The thermal fuse is not resetable. It is a one time failure component. The thermal fuse is located on the Blower housing on both models.

What are my humdity settings for DH504E Unit?

Simply put the humidity extraction settings generally range from 35% to 65%. The lower the percentage, the more humidity is removed and the house feels more comfortable. The higher the percentage, the more humidity remains in the house. In the hot humid Summer months, you want the humidity in the house to be as low as possible (i.e. 35%-45%) in the cooler months a higher humidity
( 60%) make the house feel more comfortable and does away with carpet static shock.

Choosing a setting is your decision, based on what I have explained above and your own comfort level.

I hope my information has helped you and thanks for choosing FixYa.

I have a kenmore 80 series electric dryer it was deying cloths and just shut off . now want come back on . what would cause that to happen

Hello there and thank you for choosing fixya
Door switch If the door switch or the door-switch actuator is defective, the dryer won't work and you need to replace the failed component. The switch is inside the dryer main housing near the door frame. Sometimes you need to raise or open the top or front of the dryer to reach the switch. To determine if the door switch has failed, watch the part testing video at the bottom of this page. Thermal fuse On many dryers, there's a thermal fuse (a heat-sensitive fuse that blows if the dryer overheats) mounted to the exhaust duct inside the back cover panel. The fuse is about an inch long. It's usually embedded in black resin and mounted in a white plastic housing.

If the fuse has blown, it has no continuity. When this happens, your dryer either just stops heating, or it doesn't work at all. Be sure to inspect the venting/heating system before replacing the fuse to put the dryer back into operation. (You can't re-set this type of fuse.) To determine if the thermal fuse has blown out, watch the part testing video at the bottom of this page.
Wiring Often the main wiring connection from the house, at the dryer, burns and the connection breaks. In this has happened to your dryer, you need to replace the power cord and the terminal block inside the dryer to which the wire is attached. tbirdfan1_95.jpg

Ge smartwater wholehouse waterfilter main housing failed flooded house

Why did it fail? How did it fail? Was it the plumbing that failed? Replace it with a Pentair filter housing, 10" housing, 20" housing or Big Blue housing and make sure it is plumbed in properly. It is very unusual for a filter housing to fail unless it freezes up.
